The way that you get started with it and the fact that these benefits exist I think sometimes aren't a level of innovation that customers are aware of (until we make them aware of it).

So how do we do that? I think first and foremost it's a case of trying to convince ourselves that there's confidence in how this works, and then bringing those benefits/results to the client.

What are the two things that inspire change?

Pain
Awareness

So the pain really exists now. The pain of the cost of the salt, the pain of the waste in the salt. The pain of the damage that the salt creates on the infrastructure on that property. The pain of once that solid material makes it inside the building and then all the other issues caused by that.

So that pain exists and ensuring that customers are aware that there is an alternative that there's a different methodology for achieving the same result; there in-lies the solution.
